THE HIGH HOLY DAY “SEASON” AT TBI

The TBI High Holy Day Season begins with a S’lichot Service on the Saturday night before Rosh HaShanah. Rosh HaShanah services take place on Erev Rosh Hashanah and Rosh Hashanah morning. Yom Kippur services take place on Erev Yom Kipper with Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur day (including Yizkor), followed by a Community Break-Fast.

There are additional programs for children during the High Holy Day daytime services including family services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur afternoons. Also on Rosh Hashanah afternoon is a Tashlich Service at a local lake.

The High Holy Day Service “season” continues with evening and morning services on Sukkot and Simchat Torah (including Yizkor).

TBI celebrates the full range of Jewish holidays and festivals, including:

· An Erev Purim Service
· A First Day of Passover service
· A 2^nd Night Community Passover Seder
· A 7^th Day of Passover service with Yizkor
· A Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial) Service
· A Yom HaAtzma-ut (Israel Independence Day) Celebration
· An Erev Shavuot Night of Study
· A Shavuot Day Service with Yizkor
. A Latke Dinner before a Special Shabbat Evening Service During Chanukah
