K’HILAT CHESED - CARING COMMUNITY - June 2010

We are pleased to inform you that Beverly Sloane has been recovering very well at home. Beverly is able to get around comfortably with the assistance of a cane, and hopes to be able to dispense with the cane shortly.

Beverly thanks all for their prayers and good wishes, phone calls, cards, and visits, and is looking forward to actively participate in the many offerings of our community.

Adele Harris is continuing her stay at Foothill Presbyterian Nursing and Rehabilitation, Glendora. Adele, too, expresses her appreciation for the kindness shown her via phone calls, visitations, prayers, good wishes, and cards.

Phone calls may be made to Adele by using her home phone number, which may be obtained by calling Ellen at the Temple office, 909-626-1277. Visits need to be cleared with Adele, as she receives workouts at various times of the day.

We wish Beverly and Adele Complete and Speedy Recoveries.

We thank the many individuals who have signed up for the K’Hilat Chesed Teams. We still need volunteers who can drive members to treatment, to services, to appointments, to the beauty shop, to shop, to visit the sick, and more.
